Thank you for your interest in the Oak Hills Association!  We are a volunteer run non-profit with a mission of fostering community for our members as we care for and enjoy the amenities of River House, our beautiful property on the banks of the Rockaway River.  Association dues are payable annually and include access to our 37 River Road property for an entire membership year. Please note that privileges enjoyed on the premises are for paid members only. Neighbors who do not join are not permitted on the property at any time, unless invited to an event.

The 2024 membership year starts April 1, 2024, and ends March 31, 2025.  New members are welcome to join at any time of the year.

 

Association Membership includes the following benefits:

​

• Large, private in-ground pool with a diving board for the summer season, generally open Memorial Day through early September

• River House and front lawn for play or relaxation, and direct access to the Rockaway River for fishing or boating. Boat rack spaces are available free of charge

• Year-round (April through March) access to the property with the ability to bring guests who live outside of Oak Hills for free.  NOTE:  Bringing non-member Oak Hills neighbors as guests is not permitted unless they are invited to an Association event

• The opportunity to host a private event on the property (with an approved application)

• Specially planned activities and events throughout the year

• Voting privileges at general meetings
